Delhi based real estate developer Anant Raj Limited would build a premium group housing complex with a topline of over Rs 1,800 crore. The project is covering over one million square feet of space on prestigious Golf Course Extension Road in Gurugram.
The Estate Residencies is the name of the upcoming luxury project, for which the business has got RERA registration. It will be a portion of the 180-acre Anant Raj owned township in Sector 63A along with the Golf Course Extension Road.

With a 40,000 square foot grand clubhouse, the project will have a total saleable area of more than one million square feet. The Anant raj limited said that 248 lavish apartments housed in high-rise condominiums will be part of its newest luxury housing society, which is situated in the foothills of Aravallis.
The 4BHK apartments in the housing project will have sizes between 3,700 and 4,800 square feet area. The real estate company stated that the project had a potential revenue of over Rs 1,800 crore.
The housing project, called “Anant Raj Estate,” would take up 5.43 acres of land from the company’s 180-acre integrated residential complex in sector 63A Gurgaon.
Anant Raj Limited Planned Multiple Housing Projects In Next Few Years
Director and CEO of Anant Raj Limited, Aman Sarin, stated that our top luxury group housing among the multiple group housing projects planned in the next 18 months.
In the same area, Anant Raj had previously introduced “Ashok Estate,” with 80–90% of the apartments selling out in the first 15 months after the opening. Anant Raj Estate located in Sector-63A, Gurgaon, is now become home to over 200 families, and another 1,000–1,100 are soon being built.
Anant Raj Is Set To Start Two Housing Projects In Gurgaon
The company announced in November of last year that it was going to start two housing projects in Gurgaon, build about 1,900 industrial housing units in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, and expand an existing hotel in the Chattarpur neighborhood of South Delhi to create an office and service apartment center.
Sarin had stated at the time that the combined income potential of these four projects is anticipated to be around ₹4,000 crores.
Anant Raj Ltd has announced intentions to invest ₹10,000 crores in its data center vertical, with works underway in Manesar, and Panchkula, in addition to its residential projects.
