Apollo Hospitals Enters Haryana: Purchases A Hospital Asset In Gurugram For Rs. 450 Crore With A Promise To Develop A World Class Hospital And Healthcare Complex

Apollo Hospitals announced that it had purchased a hospital asset from Nayati Healthcare and Research NCR Private Limited for about Rs 450 crore. The facility is located in Gurugram, Haryana, and is on land that has been designated as a hospital.

It has a capacity of 650 beds and spans seven lakh square feet. DLF Qutub Enclave Complex Medical Charitable Trust initially sold the asset to the vendor in 2011. The purchase signifies the group’s entrance into the state of Haryana. In a matter of 2 years, the new Gurgaon integrated hospital complex will be put into operation.
