Real estate company AIPL has leased 3 lakh square feet of retail space in Gurgaon project, a top AIPL official on August 17.
Consequently, the company has leased the majority of the 4.8 lakh square feet of retail space to well-known companies including Haldiram’s, Inox NSE -2.66%, Costa Coffee, Fab India Chaayos, Bridgestreet, Looks Salon, Sodhi’s Super Market, Blue Tokai, and many others.
This Grade ‘A’ retail real estate project is already finished. The occupancy certificate was only issued to us in September 2020.
