Awfis has expanded its operations in the National Capital Region (NCR) by opening two new centres, Suncity Success Towers in Gurgaon and Knowledge Boulevard in Noida, totaling 85,000 square feet of space and 1,400 seats.

The centres utilise the most recent awfis design version 5.0, which balances modern with minimalistic components, incorporates natural light and biophilic elements, and creates an ambiance that stimulates cooperation and improves employee well-being.
“Our centres in Gurgaon and Noida are planned to cater the increasing demand for flexible workspaces,” said Amit Ramani, founder and CEO of Awfis. “We are assured that these co-working spaces will appeal to enterprises, SMEs, and startups.”
“We have tactically chosen Golf Course Extension Road as the location for our new centres,” said deputy CEO of Awfis, Sumit Lakhani. This neighbourhood, known for its residential catchment, prompted our decision to address the workspace needs of professionals looking for a comfortable and accessible office space solution.”
These amenities in Gurgaon and Noida may appeal across industries, particularly in IT, shipping, and e-commerce. Success Pact, Capgemini, Jiffyship Cargo Technology Solutions, and FN Mathlogic Consulting are among Awfis’ significant clients.
The company’s footprint in Delhi NCR today encompasses 19 centres, catering to the workspace requirements of a diverse variety of individuals and businesses.
