Deerika Hypermarket has secured a lease for 20,176 square feet of prime retail space in Elan Miracle, Gurugram. Elan Miracle known for providing a wide range of daily household essentials, including fashion items, electronics, luggage, footwear, and home fashion.
Hypermarket has quickly established itself as a go-to destination since its inception in 2020. The retailer currently operates four outlets in the Delhi NCR region.
Elan Miracle, sprawling across 7,58,807 square feet near Dwarka Expressway, has become a full of life retail center, boasting collaborations with prominent brands like Pantaloons, PVR with 6 screens, Zudio, House of Believe, and Masti Zone, among others.
Deerika’s outlet in Elan Miracle will be one of the largest in the Dwarka Expressway vicinity, while another lease for 10,008 square feet has been secured in Elan Town Centre at Sector 67, Main Sohna Road. The Elan Town Centre location is anticipated to commence operations by mid-August 2023.
