In response to the high demand for real estate, real estate company DLF Ltd reported on Wednesday that it has sold independent floors and commercial plots for almost Rs 1,400 crore in Gurugram and Panchkula, Haryana.

DLF, the biggest real estate developer in the nation based on market capitalization, has two new projects in Gurugram’s Sector 67 and Panchkula.

“In our new project, ‘Central 67,’ Gurugram, we have launched and sold out of 75 shop-cum-office (SCO) plots,” Chief Business Officer and Joint Managing Director of DLF Home Developers, Aakash Ohri, told reporters here.

This historic project, which is situated at the Sohna Elevated Corridor, guarantees smooth access to important cities and business centers via the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor.

Valley Orchard DLF’s Ambitious Project In Panchkula

He stated that the entire land area of this project is 9 acres, and that these 75 apartments were sold for Rs 700 crore. The rates fell between the region of Rs 7 crore to Rs 25 crore.

According to Ohri, the business has started work on a new project called “Valley Orchard” in Panchkula, where it plans to build 470 separate stories.

“We have launched 400 units out of 470. “They were all sold for a total of Rs 700 crore,” he stated. Floors have been sold by the firm for Rs 9,000 per square foot.

The 3BHK-plus-study and 3BHK homes in “The Valley Orchard” project are available in blocks, each with a basement, a stilt, and four separate stories. According to him, the project is tucked away in the Shivaliks mountain range’s foothills and has a view of the Kaushalya River.

The 350 apartments in “The Valley Orchards” have already been sold out. Near Kasauli, it will be a ground-plus-four-floor building. “We want to add seventy additional units in the project’s subsequent stages. The project encompasses 1.1 million square feet of development in total. We are also about to start another residential project in Panchkula.

Ohri stated that end users, investors, and NRIs continue to have a high demand for real estate in major cities.

DLF’s Fiscal Goals: Aiming For Rs 13000 Crore In Total Sales Bookings

In response to a question on the DLF’s total sales bookings for this fiscal year, Ohri stated that the business has set a goal of Rs 13,000 crore and expressed confidence in reaching it.

DLF had sales bookings of Rs 4,268 crore in the first half of current fiscal year. DLF sold homes for Rs 15,000 crore in the previous fiscal year, mostly from sales of Rs 8,000 crore from the Gurugram project “DLF Arbour.”

Over 158 real estate projects totaling more than 340 million square feet have been built by DLF. Its rental assets are parked in a joint venture with Singapore’s government wealth fund, GIC, known as DLF Cyber City Developers Ltd. (DCCDL).
