With a saleable area of almost 5 million square feet, the Camellias 2 project is situated on 17 acres of excellent property in DLF Phase-5.

DLF Consolidated Revenue Increased By 47% In 2023-2024

On May 13, DLF said that their net profit for the quarter that ended on March 31, 2024, increased by 61.5 percent to Rs 921 crore. According to a regulatory statement made by the company, it reported a net profit of Rs 570 crore for the same time last year.

The company’s net profit for the 2023–2024 fiscal year was Rs 2,733 crore, indicating a 33 percent year-over-year increase. In the January-March quarter, DLF’s revenue increased by approximately 47% YoY to Rs 2,135 crore, up from Rs 1,456 crore recorded by the company in Q4FY23.

According to the company, DLF’s consolidated revenue for the whole fiscal year 2023–2024 was Rs 6,958 crore.
