Royal Green Realty Invests Rs 60 Crore In A SCO Project In Sector 37D, Gurugram

Royal Green Realty launched Shop-Cum-Office (SCO) project of the Courtyard 37D in one of the Gurgaon’s most promising location Sector 37D. The project spans 3.63 acres and provides upscale built-up plots.

The project provides business with a suitable scale, space, and visibility thanks to its wide choice of site sizes and flexibility for expansion up to 4 stories along with a basement. The project will be constructed in two phases ad will be finished by 2025 and cost more than 60 crores through internal accrual.

HRERA has been received for first Phase of the project, along with the Dwarka Expressway that offers upscale built-up plots. The project offers a catchment area with more than 20,000 local families because to its excellent location.
