Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd. has been given the construction contract of Rs 1144 crore by Signature Global for its first high-end residential project, “De-luxe DXP,” located in Sector 37D of the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram.
With just one unit allocated to each buyer at launch, we saw an enormous reaction from NRIs and corporate professionals, indicating a positive market mood toward real estate investment.
In only a few days after its pre-launch, De-luxe DXP—despite being our first premium project—achieved a record pre-sale of over Rs 3600 crore, according to Lalit Kumar Aggarwal, Vice Chairman of Signature Global (India) Ltd.
Signature Global De-Luxe DXP Project To Be Finished In 5 Years
Ahluwalia Contracts hopes to finish the De-luxe DXP project in the five years allotted by regulations. The project is situated along the Dwarka Expressway in Sector 37D, Gurugram, and occupies 16.65 acres.

The project will include 8 buildings housing 1008 units total, including penthouses and flats of 3BHK, 3.5BHK, and 4.5BHK. It was developed by famous international architects AEDAS, with landscape design by Sanju Bose, executive architects DFI, structure consultant Mahimtura, and MEP consultant Sanelac. It has a potential sales area of 28.12 lakh square feet.
Signature Global De-Luxe DXP Project Is Guarantees IGBC Gold Rating
With an IGBC Gold rating, the project guarantees sustainable living. Two 80,000 square foot clubhouses, seven swimming pools, podium parking, VRV air conditioning, and four residences per core are all included in the project. The project is a self-contained urban environment that comprises one lakh square feet of high-street retail space.
The firm has completed 11 million square feet of housing to far, and it has a healthy pipeline of over 32.2 million square feet of saleable space in our upcoming projects in addition to 16.4 million square feet of active projects scheduled for completion over the next two to three years.
