The Delhi-NCR based real estate developer Signature Global Gurgaon reported a 47% increase in sales booking to Rs 1,262.73 crore for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2023 the company said in a regulatory filing.
In the third quarter of Financial Year 2022–2023 Signature Global’s sale bookings were Rs 856.77 crore. Signature Global said in a regulatory filing on January 8 that during the first nine months of FY 2023–24, the company’s sale bookings increased by 41% to Rs 3,124.12 crore from Rs 2,209.78 crore in the corresponding period last year.

From April to December of current fiscal year, it sold 3,135 units, a little increase over the 3,113 units sold during the same period last year. From 1.10 million square feet in the same period last year to 1.31 million square feet in the third quarter of Financial Year 2024, the company’s sale bookings increased.
In volume terms, sale bookings increased from 2.94 million square feet in the same period last year to 3.2 million square feet in the first nine months of Financial Year 2024, a 9 percent significant increase.
For a total of Rs 3,430.58 crore, Signature Global Gurgaon projects sold 4,512 units during the 2022–2023 fiscal year. The corporation sold 4.35 million square feet of space in terms of volume. At the end of Quarter 3 Financial Year 2024, the business’s net debt was Rs 8,35.4 crore, according to the corporation.
The goal of Signature Global’s September 2023 IPO was to raise Rs 730 crore. The public offering, which included an Offer for Sale (OFS) for Rs 127 crore and a new issuance of shares valued at Rs 603 crore, received 11.88 subscriptions.
