The costliest residential real estate project in India is set to be unveiled by real estate giant DLF Ltd. Named The Dahlias, this opulent residence is situated near The Camellias, another luxury real estate project of the business, on Gurugram’s Golf Course Road.
The Dahlias, which will cover 17 acres, will have 400 homes with starting prices of Rs 80,000 per square foot. The Dahlias project has a revenue potential of over Rs 34,000 crore, or roughly 2.5 times that of The Camellias.
The Average Price Of The Dahlias Apartment Is Around 100 Crore
According to the statement, the apartments range in size from 9,500 to 16,000 square feet, and an average sale ticket size of about Rs 100 crore is anticipated. A clubhouse spanning two million square feet is also planned for the project.
