Gurgaon based realty developer Aarize Group has bought over 50 acres of land in four places. It is intended for SCO plotted buildings, high street retail spaces, residential plots, and townships, according to a senior executive of the firm.
The company purchased these land parcel in Gurgaon and the surrounding area. The company aims to set new standards of excellence by combining modern amenities with environmental awareness.
“Our vision is to create environments that inspire and improve the quality of life for future age group,” said Aman Sharma, the founder of the company.
Sharma co-founded Spaze Group and has more than three decades of real estate experience. The Aarize Group aims to launch these mixed projects within a year.
“These new projects are the result of extensive market research, cutting-edge technology, and a deep understanding of customer needs,” added Sharma.
In Financial Year 2023, Delhi-NCR drew 3.8 billion for acquiring 1,760 acres of land across 67 transactions, while Mumbai recorded 73 transactions for acquiring 960 acres of land.
Aarize was formed in 2023 by Mr Aman Sharma with the objective of reforming real industry through a fresh and inventive way. Aarize aims to develop a variety of real estate projects in residential, retail, and commercial sectors.
