The Haryana State Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) has issued a bid for proposals for four mixed-use plots in Global City project Gurugram. The four land parcels total 172.76 acres are open for auction.
The plots will be auctioned off for commercial and residential building in the 1,000 acres Global City, with a 15 billion investment potential.
HSIIDC’s Global City will be built in Gurugram sectors 36B, 37A, and 37B, near the Dwarka Expressway. Residential zones, industrial clusters, and commercial zones will be included in the proposal.
It is intended to be a self-sufficient township with an emphasis on cutting-edge technological industries, low-carbon green infrastructure, ease of living, skilling, and job creation.
What Are The Plot Dimensions Of The Four Plots?
The auction will be place for four plots totalling 86.05 acres, 23.76 acres, 58.11 acres, and 4.84 acres.

The 86.05 and 23.76-acre properties will be used for 65 percent commercial and 35 percent residential purposes. The 58.11-acre site will be divided 50-50 between business and residential development. The 4.84-acre property is designated for educational institutions.

The Global City Will Provide Following Facilities
The Global City’s distinctive selling points will be a unique “utility tunnel” beneath the highways. This tunnel will be used for all utilities, including water, telecommunications, and power lines. There will be no need for road digging to repair or upgrade the road with such a tunnel in place.
Walking and cycling paths will be provided in the Global City. The city is projected to be served by many kinds of public transportation, including the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) and the Gurugram-Bawal metro corridor.
Interstate and intercity bus terminals will be built near the municipality, improving regional connectivity. It will have arterial highways 60 meters wide and sub-arterial roads 45 meters wide. The RRTS is a high-speed, high-capacity train service that connects NCR regional hubs.
