DLF Expects Rs 400 Crore Returns from newly launched 92 independent floors in Gurugram

The estate giant DLF has launched 92 opulent independent floors in Gurgaon and expects sales revenue of close to Rs 400 crore. The joint managing director and chief business officer of DLF Aakash Ohri confirmed.

The company is launching 92 independent floors in Gurugram that are situated in corner plots and are priced between Rs 4 and Rs 5 crore. The company anticipates generating sales revenue of Rs 400 crore from their sale.”

These plots are between 2400 and 3100 square feet in size. He further said that, we have generated close to Rs 8000 crore in revenue from independent floors Since 2020.

DLF has launched and sold independent floors worth close to Rs 7,650 crore in Gurugram and Chandigarh tri-city (Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula) in recent years.

“Following this launch, we will be launching two high-rise projects in Gurgaon in Quarter 3 and Quarter 4,” he declared.

Regarding the age range, he claimed that the buyers are between the ages of 35 and 45 and either have children attending schools in Gurgaon or work there.

People between the ages of 50 and 60 are often drawn to independent floors. After selling their family home in Delhi, a family can elect to purchase floors in Gurgaon, the expert added.

DLF reported sales bookings of Rs 15,058 crore during the 2022–23 fiscal year, more than doubling from Rs 7,273 crore the year before. The corporation has a target of Rs 13,000 crore for the fiscal year 2023–2024.
