M3M Realty will invest Rs 130 crore in developing 4.87 lakh square feet of retail space in Gurugram. The project is expected to generate Rs 1,000 in revenue for the M3M developer.
The ‘M3M Route65’, an over 4 acres’ project in Gurugram, next to the Worldmark in Sector 65.
“We are pretty aggressive in our retail portfolio and have delivered over 5 million square feet of retail space in the district of Gurugram alone,” Pankaj Bansal, Director – M3M India, said in an interview.
‘M3M Route65’ has a total 727 units spread across four floors, ranging in size from 170 to 4800 square feet, with plentiful parking space in the multiple basement.

“In addition to the retail shop in Gurgaon, we have kept over 1 lakh square feet of space set aside on the third floor for food courts and an entertainment zone.” This project is close to luxury residential complexes like Golf Estate, Trump Towers, and M3M Merlin. “We are also planning to open one more 2 million sq. ft. of retail cum office space in Gurugram soon,” Mr. Bansal said.
