Omaxe Chowk Have Leased 11,000 Sq. Ft. Of Store Space For Jewellery Giants

Omaxe Chowk aims to become an end-to-end jewellery marketplace by integrating a diverse range of jewellery solutions under one roof.

Tanishq, Senco, and Giva have signed up for flagship stores in Chandni Chowk at Omaxe Chowk, taking nearly 11,000 square feet of space in Jewel Court. Other prominent companies, including traditional jewellers from throughout India, are also lining up to sign at Omaxe Chowk, according to the firm.

Omaxe Chowk aims to become an end-to-end jewellery marketplace by integrating a diverse range of jewellery solutions under one roof. The leasing rate contracted with the businesses is between Rs 500 and Rs 800 per square foot, and the space spans between 600 and sq. ft. to 6000 sq. ft.

Omaxe Chowk, which is being built in a public-private partnership with the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (previously known as North DMC), would include five levels of parking for around 2200 cars.

Furthermore, a proposed direct entry from one of the most heavily trafficked metro stations, Chandni Chowk, will boost the project’s connection factor. The initiative is expected to attract more than 40 lakh customers per month, providing jewellers with a large consumer base.

Omaxe Chowk will provide a secure environment for consumers and businesses, with a high-tech security system and a multilevel parking facility. Provisions for storage facilities and banks will improve operational efficiency and financial viability.

According to a JLL survey, clothes and jewellery account for about 30% of sales in the Chandni Chowk area, which is a popular all-season shopping attraction. Omaxe Chowk aspires to be a B2B and B2C commerce facilitator in an innovative, safe, and secure environment.
