Paras Buildtech, a reputed real estate company, announced that it expects to earn Rs 108 crore from its new commercial property in Gurugram. According to the sources, the company has started a new project where it would sell more than 40 plots for the development of SCOs (shops cum offices).
The ‘Paras Arcade 114’ project spans around 3.25 acres and contains 4,597 square metres of saleable area. There are 104 to 143 square foot commercial SCO sites available.
Along with supplying turnkey infrastructure, Paras Buildtech will assist clients in developing plots in accordance with the approved design and leasing space to businesses and retailers.
“We aim to sell 100% of the inventory of Paras Arcade within the coming 30-40 days, making a revenue of Rs 108 crore,” said Aman Nagar, joint MD of Paras Buildtech.
According to him, the project is close to the National Capital and is situated on the Dwarka Expressway. There is a strong demand for SCO plots in this region, he continued.
In the upcoming months, the company will start up further initiatives. A 5 lakh square foot commercial complex is currently being built by Paras Buildtech in Noida Sector 129.
Around 15 residential and commercial real estate projects sum up around 15 million square feet have already been completed by Paras Buildtech, mostly in Delhi-NCR.
