The Increasing Demand For Flexible Office Space In NCR Region
Although DLF runs much of Cyber City, the building that Smartworks took over is now owned by an independent party and is called Reliance House. Cushman & Wakefield Report On NCR Office Space Leasing
Since the Covid-19 outbreak, there has been an increase in demand for flexible office space. The hybrid booking platform Upflex Inc., located in the US and boasting the biggest worldwide network of flexible workplaces, reports that its share of office space climbed from just 7% in 2019–20 to 21% in 2022–2023 in India.
International real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield reports that the Delhi National Capital Region had gross leasing of 3.4 million square feet in the September quarter, down a little 4% from the previous quarter and 11from the previous year.
