Smartworld Developers Private Limited, based in Gurugram, has announced the launch of its premium high street retail project, ‘Smartworld Orchard Street.’ The project is 100,000 square feet in size and is located on the prestigious Golf Course Extension Road opposite the Grand Hyatt in Sector 61, Gurugram. This project is expected to generate a top line of Rs 250 crore for the company.
Smartworld Orchard Street has three floors and units ranging in size from 500 to 12,000 square feet. One of the project’s key selling points is that every unit faces forward, and the building has a 150-meter frontage.
Smartworld Developers leased out an area of approximately 15,000 square feet (the entire third floor) to Big Fish Ventures, which will open four F&B outlets on the third floor, within a day of its launch. Big Fish Ventures is a hospitality group based in Delhi that operates popular dining lounges such as The Junkyard Cafe, Key Night Club, Garam Dharam, and Local.
Vivek Singhal, CEO of Smartworld Developers, commented on the launch, saying, “With diminishing open spaces, high street retail projects have become the go-to place for food, shopping, and entertainment requirements.”
In response to rising demand, we have launched our premium high street retail project, ‘Smartworld Orchard Street,’ which will provide our customers with world-class F&B, shopping, and entertainment experiences.
The project, which is located in the heart of Golf Course Extension Road, has already piqued the interest of leading brands. “We signed a lease agreement with Big Fish Ventures for the entire third floor on the day of the launch.”
Smartworld Orchard Street is strategically located at Sector 61, Golf Course Extension Road, directly across from the Grand Hyatt, and is surrounded by a slew of residential projects as well as an IT Special Economic Zone (SEZ) with a catchment area of approximately 2 lacs. Furthermore, because the project is close to Smartworld’s residential project, Smartworld Orchard, it will have an immediate catchment of over 8,000 residents.
