The Phase 3 Of Ashiana Amarah Gurugram Project Is Sold Out For 440 Crore

Ashiana Housing Ltd, a real estate developer, said on Tuesday, April 2, that it has sold all of Phase 3 of the Ashiana Amarah project in Gurugram for ₹440.32 crore.

“We are pleased to inform you that the entire 224 units in Phase 3 of ‘Ashiana Amarah’ (Gurugram) have been converted into booking by 30th March 2024, having a sale value of Rs 440.32 crore,” according to a filing with the stock market.

Phase 3 of the Ashiana Amarah project, according to Ashiana Housing, has a total saleable area of 3.77 lakh square feet. “The project consists of 3 BHK units and is located at Sector 93, Gurugram (Haryana),” added the announcement.

For the quarter that ended in December, Ashiana Housing reported a more than three-fold increase in its consolidated profit after tax to ₹27.8 crore due to improved revenue and a spike in demand for residential real estate.

Its profit for the previous year was ₹9.05 crore. From ₹135.31 crore in the same time last year to ₹189.25 crore during the October–December fiscal period, total income increased.

The real estate player’s earnings after taxes jumped dramatically from ₹17.50 crore to ₹66.02 crore from April to December of last year’s fiscal year. In the first nine months of current fiscal year, total income grew to ₹669.56 crore from ₹308.25 crore during the same time last year.
