The Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) intends to build Vision City, a commercial hub for items like jewellery, gems, and furniture, on about 121 acres of land near the intersection of the Dwarka Expressway and Pataudi Road in Sector 88.

It will be developed after the completion of the Global City project, which will be built on 1,003 acres of land. Additionally, both projects will be linked to guarantee smooth flow for bikers and pedestrians. However, the design for the Vision City has not yet been determined.

Vision City Commercial Hub Of Gurgaon

A crucial step towards Gurugram’s goal of becoming a premier commercial hub has been taken with the opening of Vision City. In addition to satisfying the growing demand for specialised marketplaces, the project’s focus on developing a dedicated space for the jewellery, gems, and furniture industries will also promote trade, employment, and economic growth.

Vision City has the potential to change the economic landscape of Gurgaon thanks to its advantageous location, cutting-edge infrastructure, integrated facilities, and environmental initiatives. In response to the rising need for a specific business space that serves the jewels, gems, and furniture sectors, Vision City Sector 88 was established in Gurgaon. Due to its advantageous location close to New Delhi, Gurgaon has experienced impressive economic expansion and urban development over time.

Vision City- Location And Amenities

It was a wise decision to locate Vision City at the intersection of Pataudi Road and the Dwarka Motorway. Additionally, a 1000-acre mixed-use project called Global City sits just next to the project’s site. However, this new endeavour is wholly commercial. This region has close access to the IGI Airport and excellent connectivity to major highways, including the planned Dwarka Expressway.

The creation of a full commercial hub with enough capacity for showrooms, manufacturing facilities, warehousing facilities, and other infrastructure is made possible by the large-scale availability of land. The government’s emphasis on enhancing Gurgaon’s infrastructure, notably its road systems and public transport, will further improve the area’s accessibility and appeal.
