The state’s urban planning organization and Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP), had listed 18 group housing plots for sale in Gurugram and surrounding areas for a total estimated value of Rs 1,700 crore.
These group housing plots are situated in Gurugram, Hisar, Rohtak, Panchkula, and Pinjor, and they will be distributed on March 4 through an online auction, according to the statement.
According to an HSVP official, the combined reserve values of these 18 plots are believed to be worth over Rs 1,700 crore, with over Rs 1,100 crore of those plots being located in Gurugram alone.
HSVP Has Listed Seven Group Housing Plots In Gurugram For Sale
These group housing plots vary in size; the smallest is in Gurugram, measuring 1,938.64 square meters, or 0.49 acres, while the largest is in Panchkula, measuring 58,866.6 square meters, or 14.55 acres. This information is based on a brochure for the program.
The HSVP has listed seven group housing plots in Gurugram for sale, with a total reserve price of Rs 1,115 crore. The plots in Gurugram are situated in sectors 110A, 45, 46, 47, 52, and 53. The most expensive group home site, measuring 45,272.81 square meters, or 11.19 acres, is found in Gurugram’s Sector 47. This plot has a reserve price of Rs 766.9 crore.
The cheapest group home plot in Gurugram is situated in sector 110A next to the Dwarka Expressway and is 2,233 square meters, or 0.55 acres. The estimated value of this group home is Rs 20.14 crore.
The Plots Are Available For Sales Near Dwarka Expressway And Other Prime Locations
These plots are situated in prime areas of Gurugram, close to the Dwarka Expressway, the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, and metro services. In addition, we are providing developers with a floor area ratio (FAR) ranging from 1.75 to 3.5 for these plots, to facilitate their development. We anticipate strong interest in these plots in the e-auction,” an official stated.
The group housing plots in sectors 45, 46, 47, and 57 are classified as TOD (transit oriented development) zones, according the program brochure. The reserve price now includes the estimated cost of the extra FAR in accordance with TOD policy.
The Remaining 11 Group Housing Plots Are In Neighbouring Cities
The remaining 11 group housing plots, which have a combined reserve price of almost Rs 584.9 crore, are available in the cities of Panchkula, Pinjore, Hisar, and Rohtak in addition to these seven plots in Gurugram.
The Haryana Urban Planning Agency has proposed six land parcels in Rohtak, one in Hisar, and two plots each in Panchkula and Pinjore towns out of the 11 group housing plots that are still available.
