One of the largest office space deals of 2024 was the lease of 350,000 sq ft in Gurugram’s Udyog Vihar by flexible workspace provider Incuspaze.
Due to the rising need for flexible space in the nation, the firm has also leased 150,000 square feet of space in Pune, 60,000 square feet of space in Pune, and 60,000 square feet of space in Jaipur. This year, it hopes to add 1.5 million square feet.
Sanjay Chatrath, managing partner of Incuspaze, stated, “We are operating at 95% of occupancy and primarily catering to enterprise clients.”

The workplace supplier has a 2.5 million square foot portfolio spread over 44 sites in 18 cities. The managed office space and coworking space are situated in Gurgaon’s Udyog Vihar Phase IV. 2,100 chairs in 1,70,000+ square feet of workplace space.
