Ahluwalia Contracts Bags Arbour Project Construction Work In Gurugram From DLF Developers

DLF Home Developers has awarded Engineering and construction giant Ahluwalia Contracts (India) a contract of Rs. 744.68 crore to build the civil structures for “The Arbour Project” in Sector-63, Gurugram.

The order is for civil construction, waterproofing, and rough finishing work for the residential development’s north parcel.

The development is a gated neighbourhood featuring apartments with airy interiors and ventilation, as well as amenities including landscaped gardens, a clubhouse, jogging paths, and open spaces.

All sectors of the economy have experienced rapid growth in Gurugram, Haryana, including the IT sector as well as other sectors like education and real estate. Up to this point in the current fiscal year, the company has received Rs 3,751.26 crore in orders.

The company just received a new Rs 2,450 crore contract from Rail Land Development Authority for the renovation of Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT).

Additionally, the business received orders worth a total of Rs 3,000 crore last month. Prior to this, it had acquired contracts worth Rs 723 crore on March 20 and received another order from Indian Financial Technologies and Allied Services (IFTAS) on March 1 for Rs 169 crore.

Before a month ago, Ahluwalia Contracts (India) reported receiving a request for civil and structural work for the “THE ARAVALLIS” project in Gurugram, Haryana, from Puri Construction.

The deal in question is worth Rs 147 crore. As a result, the company said that the total amount of orders received during the fiscal year 2022–2023 to date is Rs. 4,164.63 crores.

Civil construction is the company’s main line of activity, according to Ahluwalia Contracts (India). The company also engages in real estate trading in addition to developing and managing commercial complexes under licence agreements.
