DLF will build a new premium low-rise independent floors housing complex in Gurugram with a sales value of more than Rs 1,800 crore, stated the company’s Group Executive Director Aakash Ohri on September 26.
The Grove, located in DLF5, Gurugram, is a low-rise luxury development with 292 units offering 4 BHK and 4 BHK plus entertainment lounge, as well as a staff room and shop in the basement, on plot sizes ranging from 225 to 539 square metres (269 to 650 square yards).
This project has a total developable area of 8.5 lakh square feet. According to him, the cost of these units’ ranges between Rs 6 crore and Rs 10 crore.
“The Grove will introduce inhabitants to the pleasures and solitude of living in big houses in low-rise structures with interior designs that integrate creative creativity with cutting-edge technical breakthroughs.”
What Is The Estimated Sales Income Of The Project

“We estimate this project to generate sales income of Rs 1,700-1,800 crore,” he said, but he refused to divulge investment details.
DLF Ltd unveiled its new luxury home project in Panchkula, Haryana, last month, with a sales revenue target of Rs 1,300 crore. This project will see the development of 424 independent floors by the corporation.
