Signature Global, a real estate developer based in Gurugram, has launched the second phase of its two luxurious independent floor projects. The first SG City 63A is located on Golf Course Extension Road, and the second SG City 37 D (II) is located in Sector 37, Gurugram.
The premium-luxury project Signature Global 63A, which is spread across 5 acres, offers a world-class lifestyle, matchless connectivity, conveniences, and comfort. The project includes several towers and a total of 288 units with 2 and 3 BHK independent floors.

The Type Of Independent Floors In The Signature Global Second Phase
In the second phase, the project offers 336 units of 2, 3 and 4 BHK on independent floors. Customers are currently being offered the remaining 50% of units in the second phase of both projects.
